We enjoyed an excellent dinner with the family at the Auberge last week. Very attentive and friendly staff. A varied and interesting menu that mixed regional tradition with French gastro. Not cheap but very good value for money, in fact some portion sizes were a little overwhelming. Definitely worth a visit with any age group.

We were staying outside of Baud in a cottage & came in to town for dinner on our last night. 7 of us had the set menu & we were all extremely pleased with our meals. We have visited this restaurant under a number of management changes. Last visit in January 2014. We have never had a good or even satisfactory meal at this restaurant on any on these occasions. Hello Mr ADKINS You announce us your dissatisfaction, our restaurant in spite of several try(essay) who(which) did not satisfy you. Why then denigrated the today's special which is sold 8€, you should not expect either has a gastromique dish(flat)!!!! nice, nice, nice....the best in France :-) Staff is very kind, rooms are quit and clear and restaurant inside in very good. We stayed only one night, but it was really special. Itì comfortable and also in a good position.

A real atmosphere with hardly a table free. Good choice of menus , all very reasonably priced. Good service of dishes of an excellent quality and value for money .We will be going again soon !!!! The restaurant is easy to find with ample parking nearby.

We stayed at the Cheval Blanc for two nights with our little daughters. We arrived rather early off the ferry but were met courteously, given coffee in the courtyard while our room was made ready and then helped to our room with our numerous bags. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, a friday and saturday. In the small town there is a nightclub that stays open until the early hours therefore there is a constant stream of drunken, singing (often nicely in tune) French youngsters passing the hotel on their way home.
