Very good rooms, great breakfast and lovely owners. Perfect place to rest and to meet people. It has a good price as well. The town is beautiful and it has a lot of things like supermarkets, bars, pubs...

This is a great place; it's clean, it's friendly, it's quiet, you can get a drink and the breakfast is first class. I can heartily recommend the evening meal too so grab it if it's on offer. Pete and Janet are wonderfully friendly and create a great, relaxed atmosphere. You would have to be a big nit-picker to find a... More

This B&B was amazing. We stopped Friday - Sunday. Janet and Pete the owners were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. The couple have only recently taken over management of the place but they have taken to it like ducks to water - I know from talking to them... More

Faultless in all respects, recently taken over by Pete and Janet, you'll not be disappointed. Our booking was last minute and they could not have been more helpful. My big bugbear is cleanliness and hygiene and the rooms are spotless and dust free. The food is superb and the hosts are great company.

A very good stay here for 2 nights while in the area, arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, could not fault at all. Easy to find and well located. Will return and stay again if in the area. Good meals as well, with plenty of choice from the menu.

we stayed few times - 2 adults+ 2 children(9, 12); had specious room, with build in wardrobe, warm temp, when needed in winter, tea facility, comfy bathroom , small tv to wake up to, welcoming chat making us feel like with good friends, and proper English breakfast, place easy to find, spacious parking, all what for reasonable price, most recommended.

We are in our 60's and one of us is disabled. We have been here four times. We either have the family room with a single and double bed or the disabled room which has a wheelchair and wet room. Beds very comfortable indeed. Breakfast wonderful. Lovely gardens. It is about a 2 mile walk from Spalding town centre; an... More

There was no traffic noise, the room was very clean, good TV reception, stunning breakfast and well priced too. The gravel car park was a bit crunchy, but hey can't have everything - even has a bar. Need a car to get to anywhere. The only down side was the noise of the next room's bed head crashing against the... More

We came upon this B&B by accident having got my sates mixed up and had to find an alternative for just the one night. This place is first class with everything you could wish for, friendly hosts in Fred and June, good accommodation suitable for my wheelchair. The room was well equipped with a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was... More

What a great place..more like a 4 star Motel than a B&B. The owners are fantastic. The best full English breakfast I have ever come across! All ground floor en suites.
