Recently, I won a one night stay at le Baluchon. I went at the beginning of July and could have stayed much longer. Le Baluchon is an hour and a half drive from Montréal. it is located in the nature, just outside of the village of Saint-Paulin which I had never seen and which I found quite nice. It is... More

We spend few days at Le Baluchon few weeks ago. First it is very expensive for the quality they offer, the service is very good but the rooms, and other facilities are under avrage. The meals are juste no good, they have no taste, are serve cold and the choice do not exist. In our section the whirpool was full... More

I spent the weekend at Le Baluchon for a corporate Christmas party and I was not disappointed. Luckily, the weather was not too cold so we were able to enjoy the skating rink and the beautiful trails that run alongside the river. The room was modern, cozy and clean. I believe that each pavilion has their own jaccuzi tub and... More

My wife had stayed here for a relative`s wedding a few years earlier, but in the winter time. We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and had to wait for an eternity in the reception whilst the receptionist chatted in French to three elderly ladies who seemed to be asking questions on just about everything to do with the centre... Booked a room in the Auberge de la Riviere and well, it didn't look ANYTHING like the photos on the website. The photos on the website make it look all nice and modern but in reality the room I got had furniture/carpeting from the 1980's, the fridge was dirty. At least the bedding was new and comfortable. I was expecting... More

everything was perfect, SPA, food 4 services etc... the only exception are we can ear the people talking from the room beside, need some insulation for a high end hotel that is strike. Also, the service was very slow at the restaurant and the resort are charging you 2% extra on everything for internal admin, then imposing the 13% tip... More
