Only stayed one night, as it was part of a jules Verne tour. But what a magical place. Floating on the Dead Sea was awesome. The pool was overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms were nice.. The breakfast was excellent. Didn't get a chance to use all the spa facilities. Bit of a walk to get around. But there is... More

I can't wait until the end of my current stay to praise this hotel. We are currently here for 12 nights and 7 more to go, and so far, everything, and I mean, absolutely everything is perfect. We are returning guests, coming here since almost 7 years and this is my absolute preferred Marriott hotel. Sure, my Platinum status helps... More

Hi, When we got to the hotel, there was no one to welcome us, we took our bags from the car into the room alone. We booked a room with a double bed, and we got a room with twin beds, and only the day after we switched the room. No free wifi in the rooms, which is very disappointing... More

This hotel needs a good refresh. And the service is really poor. I had one of the best Suite as I was traveling with my sons. The wifi was not woking, the bathrooms were ridiculous, and all the furnitures need to be changed. In the restaurant, the service is really bad. However, the location is great and we had very... Really from the first moment you feel very very bad to stay at Marriott hotel. Last week we were there and from the beginning when we arrive the security prevented us to take with us to inside everything we have as we used to take with us to there in the previous times like some water and some bottles of... The hotel is below average for a 5 stars hotel, they obsessed for visitors not to bring any sorts of foods/ water.. If you have children's fussy with foods don't stay there.. Extremely overpriced hotel... Not that clean.. Service is terrible .. You need to keep paying tips for staff to do their jobs..breakfast is very unorganised ..already aged..it should... More

Me, my husband and our 11 months old baby booked this hotel for 2 nights. The arrival procedure was terrible, we waited for almost an hour to be checked in. They are partner with the entertainer but the staffs were not briefed on that, so we have a really hard time, plus with a baby around it was very inconvenient.... More
