This is not the case the hotel manager turns it down during the night and the rep confirmed this. The air conditioning is controlled manually by the Manger.I keep writing to Thomas Cook... more

This was our 6th Holiday in Antalya region. The Hotel building is probably the most beautiful but the room facilites, services and food was the worst experience among the 5 other hotels. All other hotels were 5 star. In comparing this hotel with the others I would give 3 stars for their service and 2 stars for the food and... more

Before we start i would like to point out that the hotel is not 5 star as rated by Thomas Cook. In truth it more like 4 star but is being fully refurbished in November ready for the 2009 season. Having read all the previous reviews I went with an open mind expecting the worst and hoping for the best.... more

After a three hour delay with Thomascook and a flight with Air Slovakia instead of a thomas cook plane I was rather annoyed (to say the least) We arrived at the hotel to be greated by a gorgeous enterance and the hotel has its own private road with security guards. So that made me a bit happier! We were greated... more

The room was lovely & clean & our sea view was so pretty at night! It was so nice to sit on the balcony, there were fireworks almost every night. We had the hotel photographer... more
