Lovely place to stay! Amazing surrounds, nice rooms (clean and cultured), very helpful and friendly staff and its all only a 5-10 min walk to the centre. I was worried Marmaris was going to be tacky but this part is authentic and a Turkish delight! We stayed 2 nights to then head to Rhodes, would have loved more time here... More

We came here for 2 days, and thank God it was only 2 days. When we first arrived we requested an extra bed because we were three people. Since we were here because one of our family members had a meeting, all the rooms were pre-arranged. They said they didn't have an extra bed so they gave us the honeymoon... More

As far as I could tell, when we arrived, we were the only only customers in this large older hotel. It was like something out of an Alfred Hitchcock movie. It's nearly June so you would think that there'd be more people here but even in town it's like they're still getting ready for the season to start. In this... More

We had a very pleasant week here. The breakfasts are amazing and the staff can not do enough for you. The hotel is situated on the banks of a river and we had beautiful views from our balcony. The hotel wasn't particularly busy so they did not have the dining room open in the evenings which was a bit inconvenient.... More

The rooms are arranged around a 3-story atrium with interesting old decorations, lots of wood (Ottoman style), a fountain, and a soundtrack of atmospheric music that fortunately is turned off at night but that otherwise you can hear from inside your room unless you wear headphones and drown it out. I was very happy with my room (1st floor), the... More

We have just returned from 10 days at this hotel and can only praise everything about it. The location is spot on - anyone who knows Akayaka you will find it with the Azmak River running at the bottom of the grounds. Very peaceful and yet only a 10 minute walk into the centre of the bars and restaurants. The... More

Hotel management is non-existent. The hotel is run by young, inexperience, untrained staff, with little English.. The pool was cleaned when a guest complained after 1 week. The following day the pool was dirty, with yellow fungus. The grounds are badly maintained. There is no electrical maintenance. Fire was caused by a faulty air conditioning unit. The decking area is... More

A very striking hotel with a grand design but do not stay in duplex rooms if you dislike hot bedrooms as the air conditioning does not get to the duplex bedroom. Also the stairs to the bedroom are very steep so do not choose the duplex if you need to go to the loo at night. However the main problem... More

This is a very nice hotel, in a good location a 5 minute stroll from Akyaka. It is in a lovely setting with the gardens leading down to a picturesque river. The rooms are nice with very traditional design, but if you go for on of the rooms with the bedroom on the mezzanine beware as it gets quite hot... More

I stayed here for 2 nights on as part of a work trip, The staff went out of there way to help and were very friendly. The room we were given was a duplex, which was lovely but a bit of a pain at night when you needed the loo as it had an open wooden staircase. The pool was... More
