Staff rude, food cold, bar areas filthy and under stocked only alcohol vodka,gin and beer. When paying £10 for two shots of malibu. Very few staff spoke English. So glad we read the reviews before travelling as we were prepared for "THE TUNNELL". Our hearts sank as we were led to our room through the dreaded tunnell under the dual carriageway. Just returned form a holiday at this med hotel, the hotel is on there website -----------------. Food Terrible same menu three days out of seven. Accommadation Very poor not abit like the picture on the website no sea view or balcony. Location Miles from anywhere only suitable for mountain goats.
