this was a last minute stay as we were just passing through. We had a unit towards the back, our own parking spot, and the room was quite large and well appointed. Yes the complex is not new but it has been done up and is quite tidy and clean. Lazy boy chairs to kick back and relax in was... More

We stayed in Alexandra last weekend and had dinner one night at the Centennial Court's on-site restaurant "Ninety Six"...what a mistake that was! The decor's okay and the service by the waiting staff was good; it was, however, rather let down by an older lady who appeared to be the proprietor, who was serving while dressed in an old red... Thank you for your feedback Cliff R we pride ourselves on our homestyle cooking and relaxed friendly atmosphere. Thank you for highlighting our popular Portabello Mushrooms made with goat feta. The chef came out of the kitchen on a very busy night to accommodate your Dietary requirments More

This is the only motel in town with its own restaurant which is handy. The parking which people have mentioned is an issue. There isn't a lot of room for parking and you often can't park outside your room. I have stayed a couple of times here before and all the rooms are similar in decor, some renovations wouldn't go... Stayed here in early January during very hot weather and the lack of fan/aircon was an immediate issue until I had cooled down from the long drive. Basic units but it was all we honestly needed. Staff were friendly. We had an upstairs unit (2 Br) and with young children the fact the windows over the bed opened wide above... More

There was no allocated parking so had to look all around the property to find a spare park. The room was quite old & also very warm. At least a fan should have been included in the room in absence of air-con. The main door with glass panels needs a curtain/blinds as there is too much light falling onto the... More

the rooms are a little dated but very clean. The hosts are excellent and we had a cooked breakfast in the restaurant in the morning which I can not fault, There was plenty and well priced. The only negative comment that I can make , was the fact that I could not get my vehicle outside my unit. however this... More

One night stop over. useful location, just off the main road. Plenty of parking space. Bit jaded furnishings but sufficient for a short stop. Evening food at the popular adjoining restaurant was very good quality, only slightly marred by an over-ebullient brusque male 'waiter.' Breakfast was well suited to need on a very cold morning.

Hi and thank you for the comments, yes we have a great reputation for our restaurant and would love to have you stay with us again. We have a couple of units which have some "older furnishings" so we are due to replace these. regards Shayne More

It was overall ok, although toilets, carpet and especially heater (very old and noisy) need to be replaced. Too much light coming into the units and it is very bad insulated so the heater and electric blankets need to be on all night (too much energy waste for cold Alex). No sky tv as indicated. Other than that, location is... More

Thank you for your comments, yes Alexandra can be cool in the winter months and the heaters are able to be left on through the night, we have also replaced the heater in that unit, thank you for mentioning that. Sky TV is in all units so am not sure why you could not find that. regards Shayne More

Great location on one of the main streets. Very friendly service from management and staff. We had a deluxe unit with a spa bath which was a bonus. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the onsite restaurant and bar.
