We had traveled to this little gem as two couples. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner of this facility! He was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived to the time we left. He help with our tour reservations and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed. We stayed in rooms three and four and both were... More

The Bello family is a very warm family. Randall showed us the wildlife around the property. The porch with the kolibries, you just can stay all day watching them buzzing with a good cup of coffee. The room is spacious and comfortable. Allthough it has been a while... it is still on our minds and will will definately visit again...

Originally, we only stopped in for coffee and directions at the cafe, but wound up staying for a wonderful night on-top of the mountain. Randall and his family blew us away with their hospitality. We learned the Belcruz family has a farm, coffee plantation, cabins and resto. All which is family operated. Super affordable, large rooms with nice shower and... More

The room are large, clean, with a view on a beautiful landscape. The breakfast (homemade) is very good. The diner was also very good with delicious cooked vegetables. The family is very nice. Santa Elena town is about 10 minutes by car. A real pleasure to stay here.

We stayed 2 nights at the Belcruz B&B and it was perfect! As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Randall (the owner) and his wife. We were served a delicious fresh juice and provided all explanations regarding the activities of the region. From our room, we had a magnificent view of the garden. The room was very... More

Our room was dated, but definitely large and with a great view. The rooms are a short hike from the main building, down a ravine and across a small creek. Nothing strenuous, but worth noting. Randall gave us a ride with our bags, but for breakfast we made the hike. The hummingbirds were one of my favorite parts of this... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on porch of the room and taking in the view. The trails around the property are a nice touch, and allow you to see lots of different kinds of wildlife and plants. Randall... More

We stopped here on our private horseback ride (highly recommend monteverde horse trek) as part of our ride and they already had the meal prepared for us. Chicken, rice, beans, salad, beets, cucumber. It was the delicious local cuisine we were wanton to experience. They have a bak porch for birdwatching with a nice view. Our first meal was the... More
