This a very pleasant, efficient, clean, tidy, friendly hotel in a fantastic setting, with good views. The canopy trail in the grounds is well worth it too - great fun! We have had an amazing time in the Cloudforest Lodge. However, we were clearly out of season, which meant it was really empty and not all facilities were there. We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is far from everything. Would've like to stayed closer to town so that we can walk around and explore. The food at the lodge restaurant was mediocre. The Lodge could have been sited in attractive position but impossible to see due to poor weather conditions. However our stay was uncomfortable as no heating in accommodation and it was necessary to sleep fully clothed. Staff unhelpful. more
