Our anniversary getaway was perfect in our quaint Vintage Views room. Cheryl and Ian's hospitality was gracious and warm. The elegant room was inviting and comfortable as was the delicious breakfast on the balcony. The view from our private verandah was simply lovely and we really relaxed in our little oasis. Thoughtful little touches such as port and a home... More

We just spend one night at Allara Homestead in Flaxton, we found the homestead beautifully decorated and the gardens and views from our own balcony were great. The homemade food was great and the hospitality of Cheryl (owner) was brilliant, we will go back and we will tell our friends and family!

What a fantastic little gem nestled away in a beautiful part of the world. Cheryl made us feel like part of her family, chatting to us and offering us just about anything she could think of to make our stay more pleasurable. She also cooked us an incredible breakfast in the morning while we sat watching the birds over the... More

We stayed in the Boat shed for two nights and we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and Ian and Cheryl had been wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. A top notch experience and we will surely return to this wonderful establishment in the future!

We recently stayed at Allara Homestead for a wedding we attended nearby. We were completely blown away with the hospitality and attention to detail shown by Cheryl and Ian. Breakfast was beautiful with fresh fruit, local yoghurt, muesli, home made jams and bread, and to finish a hot breakfast! The perfect way to start the day. We will definitely be... More

from the moment we arrived we were impressed! The Hosts Ian and Cheryl were fabulous. Location was close to Maleny, Montville and Mapleton but wasnt part of the hustle of the towns. We stayed in the Boat shed a masculine, clean beach style room with artistic touches everywhere. Cheryl could be a personal chef the food was so good! a... More

Our hosts Chez & Ian greeted us with beaming smiles and after a very long day for us, this little slice of paradise was perfection. We have never stayed anywhere so clean and beautifully presented. The bed was oh so comfy, the shower was bliss and the little personal touches will long be remembered. Breakfast was a feast of freshly... More

I stayed at Allara Homestead in the Country Boatshed for a girls' weekend away with my bestie. It was such a gorgeous place to relax and unwind, beautiful surrounds, beautiful rooms, and beautiful hosts. Cheryl and Ian provided such a welcoming environment, with some very special touches throughout the stay. Definitely recommend it!

Spent one night in this bed & breakfast, with my family. Peaceful country location... Warm, friendly, welcoming hosts... Delicious home cooked breakfast... Comfortable rooms. I felt the only negative, was the excessive "don't" worded signage in the rooms... Much of it unnecessary and quite unprofessional... clearly the hosts feel a need for it, which I can only assume, stems from... More

We had the pleasure of staying at this stunning little retreat on the night before and night of our wedding. The rooms I had booked were the boatshed and vintage rose which both boasted comfy beds and cosy feel which took you away to another world. Due to a very busy day we had arrange a very late check in... More
