Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment to us. After a 10 hour drive and in need of some relaxation this was not the place we wanted to stay! From the outside it looks nice and staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Unfortunately the corridors and rooms were very echo-y and loud. There were children screaming and running around and... More

We stayed overnight at the Premier Hotel en route to Mtentu River Lodge. Compared to the price of rooms at the Wild Coast casino, where our hike was leaving from, it provided excellent value for money. Our room had a nice view over the Indian Ocean, somewhat marred by what looks like a construction site directly outside. The room was... More

Dear Traveller We thank you for your feedback. The "construction site" which you are referring to is part of the Red Desert and is under the nature conservation in KZN, and therefore protected. My wife and I stayed at Premier Edwardian for one night as part of our honeymoon. The service was excellent, the room beautiful and the buffet breakfast the next morning was great! Definitively a great stay when you are in the area.

I booked bed and breakfast cost R1115.00. Not worth the money spent. Hotel needs major revamp, clean, etc whatever it takes to make the place look and smell decent. Damp walls, Pokey little shower and toilet. Dirty damp curtains. Lumpy duvet. Need a fresh bright colour paint to make the room look decent. Breakfast was mediocre. Slap dash pieces of... More

We booked a private apartment in the complex that was serviced by the hotel but quite frankly if I was the owner I would be extremely concerned. 1. There was a safe supplied with a key but no one could assist with opening it or resetting it. One would think its the height of the holiday season and there was... More

1. Bathroom needs major revamp/remodel. 2. The kitchenet(hotel) must be equipped accordingly. 3. Damp ceilings??? Musty smell. 4. Only one available plug point??? 5. Paint-work (in & out) needs attention. 6.Service in the restaurant is "extremely" POOR. Waited nearly 2hrs for food to come out of the kitchen. 7. No activities available for kids/adults.
