I have never seen such an awful 5 star hotel in my life! The aircondition in the rooms were not working in June under 35 degrees C. They said they start the airconditions on 15th June. our wonderful holiday, very good and beautiful hotel,really friendly personnel, clear sea and beach (needed shoes because of stones- chesil),large and useful furnished room, animations whole day, every evening minidisco for children with popcorn :), after that program for adults :), various meal:vegetable, fruits, also meat and fishes, many Russians but we don´t care, they were ok more
