At first, i am totally fond of Granada luxury resort and spa, I highly suggest you go and spend your times on holidays. I liked how the working personnel deal with customers so polite and gentile (especially Batu Reception). All food and dishes are tasty and see food with a wide range. Granada is a mixture of (oriental) Asian and... More

Good - Emrah Durukan (restaurant), Hasan Karaca (bar), Mehmet Verim (bar) & Ramazan Tekiner (bar) - all efficient, professional and best of all funny and friendly. Score +++11/10 Bad - Tanya Obolenskaia (Guest Relations Manager) - room booking issue (not our fault or admittedly the hotels) but very badly handled and took a week to sort out ( by us... More

I see that some of you are trying to give this hotel a bad name , but here's my opinion, i went to Granada on 20th of June. Rooms are perfect , every part of room is simply amazing , you can sleep without hearing the highway or neighbors. Walls are perfect ! Breakfast was super , lunch and dinner... More

A beautiful hotel, beautiful architecture but that's all. Far from the airport (more than 2 hours) the hotel is located exactly near the highway. To resume this review: Pro's: beautiful hotel, spacious rooms (if you are lucky) and...that's all Con's: unfriendly staff, no English language (except the reception), major food problems (4 out of 5 from our group got major... Visiting period: 1-15 July, Honeymoon. Arrival: We arrived at the hotel after a 2-hour bus transfer, eager to check in to our rooms and start enjoying our vacation in Turkey. In the lobby we were greeted by some employees and were kindly asked to take a seat while they manage all the paperwork. In addition, some sparkling wine and turkish... More

Well, let's start with the dark side of Granada. First of all, the room. With our last day booking I wouldn't expect much, but that place was beyond your worst nightmares. Merely enough space to fit a double bed, strong smell of ground and water pipes, suspicious darkness which turned out to be caused by balcony "view": it was literally... More
