Friendly staff, great cuisine, perfect entertainment for all family members, clean beach and the swimming pool, beautiful sea, nice rooms. We spent there a week in July and would definitely recommend it for families. The most attractive things in the hotel for adults are cuisine and spa (considering the beach and the pool as a must). In the spa they have real professionals, and one may choose the treating from a wide variety of procedures, starting from Euro 35 up to few hundreds. The most convenient entrance to the sea is on the right... More

We spent one week in May in this hotel and frankly speaking it met our expectation. The good points are: nice pool, not crowded in this period of Time, beautiful garden with excellent view at the see, good cuisine with broad variety for adults and children /two and seven/. What I either appreciated was level of service during dinning -... More

We stayed in Incekum for 5 night in November 2013. It was off-season. They had closed almost all the bars and there was no entertainment at all. The rooms are tired and need renovation. We got room with the view to the barn which made loud noise. Also there were lot of mosquitos. The food was good and there was... More

There are few matters what is good to know before you book this hotel. We spent there with our 3,5 years old nephew one week holiday in June 2013 and wasn't so bad, but... Hotel itself, rooms, services, food, beverages availability, everything was good or very good. This hotel is not definitely good choice for couples or families which want... More

Travellers: mum and grown up daughter. This is definitely not a 5* hotel. On the positive side I have to mention the beautiful garden and pool. There is a small private beach. The reception area is well designed. Food was varied and plenty (buffet style). Rooms are average- but once again not up to a 5* standard. Our air conditioning... More

Even though we visited during the off season, we had good weather but now warm enough to swim in the huge pool outside. The hotel is quite well kept. Internet wifi is not available in all the rooms and where available it is quite poor. Food was typical turkish hotel stuff.Spa had good offers and reasonably priced.

I went with my family for 1 week. We were 14 people between 3 and 80 years. The resort is 1/2 hour from Alanya in an area were there are nothing else interesting. No restaurants and only a souvenir shop across the street. At the hotel there were some few shops with things you may need. When you are staying... More

Hotel service was terrible, and half of our group had food poisoning. The biggest problem with the hotel, was the food poisoning, which led to an awful vacation. Secund and perhaps more annoying, was that the hotel didn't keep their promises from our pre-arrival email correspondence. When you have arrived the hotel has you trapped, and you have to pay... Location - Its just off the beach and the pool but the beach is more rocky, so you have to go deep to not hit the rocks. Nothing much to do outside the hotel, it on the motorway with no shops or markets closeby. so you have to depend on hotel for food. Food - There are lot of limitation... More
