My single room was small but clean. Biggest problem is the underground parking. The access is so narrow even a small car has trouble making it. Unless you are a really good driver it may be worth it to find a place to pay for parking. The hotel offers all types of unusual extras. They told me I could call... More

I had seen other comments on TripAdvisor, but didn't realize it was so good. It's not a traditional hotel. After the check-in was done in the breakfast room, they explained me that my accommodation was in a different building and gave me a lot of different passwords to open all the doors. For my surprise, my apartment was huge, very... More

We were staying in an apartment around the corner with family of 4. The apartment was large and it was very clean. In the fridge there was a vinegar odor. Because it was an old house it was noisy ( neighbors below and up could be heard) so it depends on luck if you got quiet or noisy neighbors.

I thought I was getting a hotel room... I got a large apartment!! Very nice. Very clean. Receptionist was friendly. Very close to the office that I was going to be working at, so very good. A few minor issues: 1) the apartment is not at the same location as the reception area. It is about 3 minute walk around... More

My girlfriend and I stayed there one night as a stop on our way to Bruges. We arrived around 9:30p.m. and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us for free and and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a a shower and a bathtub, and two sinks. So far... More

We stayed one night here on our way home (Flight out of Brussels) Jan 2nd. and were met by nice staff, a great room (condo) with unexpected perks, breakfast, parking, snacks and refreshments for guests. Our Condo was clean, bright, fresh and looked like new everything. All this for a very reasonable price. This is our new place to stay... More

Very clean, staff very kind and helpful! Available food, soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, etc. at all times (day/night) for free.... Clients just need to pick it from the kitchen! It's really nice when we arrive late and really need a cup of tea. Near by there is a bus stop with direct bus to the city center and other... More

Very nice hotel for our two days/one night stay in Brussels. Very helpful staff who try to help you as much as they can. The hotel itself is pretty cozy and has a nice view in the upper floors. But it has pretty thin walls. When the guys next to us came back, we could understand every word they say... More

Arriving at HB we were unsure what to expect. Nestled within what appears to be a residential suburb, the front desk and apartments aren't easy to find, with only a small sign in a front window giving a clue. Thankfully though, the stall were on hand with the deputy manager, a charming chap from Bradford, meeting us out front. At... More

We chose this hotel mainly because it provided free parking. The location is a bit away from the city center so you will need to use a car or a bus to get around. We did not find the neighbourhood sketchy (as some other reviewers have noted) rather the city itself is somewhat dirty with many homeless people and gypsies... More
