First good points: rooms are clean as best as they could be. Bedding was clean. And this is all you can expect. Unfortunately rooms are worn-out, with squalid heaters, poorly equipped bathroom, destroyed shower, and extremely slow wifi. Ok, Albert has only 2 starts but for a price of EUR114 (even if there are Sea Food Fairs in Brussels) it... More

I happened to stay in the famous room nr.5. This place is an expensive dump. Period. I am a grown up man, and I have seen staff, but this is one is probably the worst hotel I've ever seen so far. It amazes how places like this can exist in the city, which calls itself a capital of Europe.

I occasionally have to travel to Brussels on business. The hotel is ok and is good for staying at a central location and at a budget. The staff are not the friendliest bunch you will meet, but they do their job. The room was adequately sized and so was the bathroom. The rooms do need a bit of renovation and... More

Pro: Clean room. Not to far from subway and near a tram station. Warm. Good value for money. Clean towels. We had a good stay at this hotel. Cons: Slow internet/wifi. The elevator and lobby are a little narrow.

I contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation for free and they told my it was not possible, that I should pay for it!! Incredible.... It's a pity that tehre are people... More

this is the cheapest hotel in Brussels for a reason, it is terrible . We had a quad room top floor which you have to take a two person only lift to the fourth floor and then a very narrow stair case to the fifth floor. We only had carry on bags, if you have large suit cases you will... More

I was accommodated in a suite room sleeping three, although I was on my own. I was on a business trip, leaving the hotel at about 8:00 and coming back at about 21:00. The hotel was within walking distance from working place and from the railway station, so that I had no need to use neither taxi nor public transportation.... More
