Booked this place for 3 nights in advance as it looked decent and was relatively cheap. Stayed for 30 minutes after checkin and that was to use the wifi to book another hotel. Dont get the high ratings. This place was awful and its not a hotel. The room was average, the kitchenette dirty, the shower was dirty, hairs in... More

Staff are ok, place is cheap and clean. Free wifi is included and it is close to Gar du Nord. Breakfast is good too. They even bring you breakfast up to your room at request for no extra charge. Great place to stay on a budget.

We didn't know what to expect when we booked (especially after having read some of the reviews here), but we really enjoyed our stay. For hostel prices we had a hotel stay, with a private room, tv, and daily room cleaning service. It was an easy walk to the centre of town, and the North train station was close (we... More

I really liked this hotel, the room was very clean and the staff were nice to us. The room had a sink but it wasn't very practical since there was no fridge to store food in case we bought any. It's close to the north station and within walking distance from the center (about 20 mins)

First of all, I've rated this hotel poor and this is not a reflection of the staff who worked there. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself isn't that bad; it's modern, clean and the rooms are a good size. For £54 for a three bed room, it was also a relatively cheap place to stay. The main issue... More

The residence is near the Brussels-Nord station, so it's practical if you arrive late from the national airport. Cheaper than other options, you can have all you need to sleep but don't expect luxuries.

I had been here before and was satisfied and therefore had no hesitation in choosing this hotel again. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the place usually has free wifi but this time it was not working. I stayed one night and the wifi did not work for the 12 hours I stayed at the hotel. The room has... More

Check in was quick. Near Bruxelles-Nord station. Room and toilet was clean. Size was comfortable. Breakfast was an external charge. No air-conditioning, in June..... It got pretty warm at night. Had to open the windows, but didn't help much. Noise from the street started seeping in. Staff were nice. It is near the sleazy part of town(opp bruxelles-Nord station). And... More

i was pleasantly surprised by the room- large, very clean with modern furniture: a flat screen tv with some english channels including bbc and cnn, a queen size bed, a desk with good lighting and a very large wardrobe with shelving. floor to ceiling windows were nice, there must be a variety of rooms- mine had no stove, the bathroom...
