We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an amazing hotel. Room size is average but very neat and clean. Hotel well located within the city and it is easy for you to maneuver the town using the buses. The staff were very kind to us and helpful whenever we asked for it. Room we stayed in was a... More

The stay was ok-ish. Non wow, but also not bad. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and the beds are good. I arrived at 8pm and wanted something to eat. There is a bar downstairs where you can eat, but it took very long and the menu is very limited. Strong smell of the fryer... Better to look... More

It is a good hotel, rooms are quite big and clean. The bed is soft, and sleeps well. Breakfast is good, lot of variety and everything tastes good. Location for a city trip is also okay. Within 20 minutes you are in the city center (direct connection).

This hotel is a 20-minute cab ride from the city centre, so it's not ideal for the weekend tourist to stay in, but it is very convenient for the airport and not far from NATO headquarters. The decor is rather beige and old-fashioned and the ground floor lounge bar is cluttered and cramped. The door of my room rattled and... More

Hotels in Brussels during the week can be quite expensive. Gresham usually has reasonable prices. Located not far from the airport. There is a free of charge shuttle service most of the day but you need to call the hotel upon your arrival at Brussels Airport. Executive rooms have extra space. Breakfast buffet is just okay, nothing more nothing less.... More

I really would not recommend this hotel. There was an overwhelming smell of damp in my room which was still there after the window was wide open all night. No obvious sign of where the smell was coming from but there were large cracks in the bathroom floor. I am also allergic to feather pillows and when I asked for... More

Location is pretty out of the way, you would have to taxi or take a bus to get into the city or airport. Staff was nice. The look of the hotel and room is that of your average older Days Inn in N.America. Very clean though.

The have free shuttles to the airport, which is handy. The breakfast spread is elaborate, the staff is friendly. The room size is bigger than an average European hotel room. The have department, all night stores in the walking distance. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. About 15-20 minutes bus ride from the central... More

Nice hotel, friendly staf, middle range but had a good experience. Room was great, a little dark. Breakfast was reasonable though perhaps a little expensive. Had room overlooking the main street/crossroads but was not too noisy. The best thing was the collection service from the airport - one phonecall and the free shuttle appeared 10 minutes later. However the shuttle... More

The service and location are great. This is the third time I've stayed here and I plan on returning. The staff is friendly and helpful and the limo service to and from the airport is great. Also lots of restaurants nearby.
