When we booked our rooms we had no idea what we would arrive to with "Executive Suites". These rooms were huge with a sitting area but only enough sleeping area for two. We could have parked our rental van in it if we could have someone brought it inside. There was no parking lot at the hotel so we had... More

I stayed four nights in September for business. The hotel is well located next to a park and auto and military museums. With cafes and metro stops within easy walking distance. There are also several grocery stores close by. I found the staff very helpful, polite and professional. The room was quiet with a great garden view but as some... More

I don't believe I've ever stayed at a supposed 4 star hotel without air conditioning. Unbelievable. I cannot imagine what my room would have been like in mid-August as my stay was in early October. The hotel is rather costly and, as one person, I requested a complimentary breakfast due to lack of a/c and being a solo traveler spending... More

Stayed for two nights on business, and was quite pleased. The hotel is comfortable -- not luxurious -- and rooms are spacious but simple. The hotel is quiet, and has nice garden views in the back. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a large park perfect for a morning walk/run. European Commission buildings are a 15-minute walk. Good value... More

Rooms with high ceilings and good bathrooms in a 1902 mansion of fading (but still impressive) grandure. Friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast a tad expensive at 14 Euro/head. We opted for a perfectly acceptable coffee and croissant in café at nearby Merode metro station for 2.90 Euros. Hotel situated opposite a park and close to the European Union district.... More

Stayed for our 15 years anniversary. this hotel was the highlight of our stay. our room was big and comfortable with view of the garden. our boys rooms was smaller but so comfy too. The reception staff was great specially Christian. Breakfast was amazing in quality and the choices were really good for a continental breakfast.

Dear Customer, We thank you for your feed back! During this summer, 7 of the 8 floors and 33 rooms have been completly repainted. Except the 1st floor (floor of our breakfast and meeting rooms) because a complete renovation is actually being prepared for the next year. We will be glad to welcome you soon in our hotel so do... What was good: - The location close to Merode metro, a big park, small food stores open 24/7, restaurants etc. - Garden side rooms face a big nice green garden and you can open the windows to get the fresh breeze into your room - in middle of Brussels (!). - Even single room is pretty spacious, the bed is... I travel to Brussels minimum 3-4 times a year for Business occasions. I have always chosen this hotel for its perfect location. The hotel is in front of the lovely park "Parc du Cinquantenaire " and only 1-2 minutes walking distance to Merode Metro station which is the next station of Schuman where European quarter (European Comission and the Parliament... We don't expect smth extraordinary from this hotel but they impressed us in very positive way. It was really comfortable stay. First, I would like to stress that it's not a modern hotel design in a loft style. It's quite classical but it brings a little bit romantic. Hotel located in district with a typical houses of the 18th -19th... More

I booked a single room for one night. The room was really small, perfect for one guest. I really liked the view of the back garden, both toilet and room were really clean. I loved the quite of the garden so I could leave the window open the whole time, getting no noises. Perfect! The location is simply amazing: in... More
