Very welcoming staff and helpful. This hotel is very quiet not far from the bus 4 that goes in 20 minutes to Rimini centre or to Bellaria. It has a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Despite the bathrooms are small, the rooms are quite large. The price is very good for this kind of three stars hotel.

The Park Hotel Serena is situated in the Viserbella area of Rimini, north of the centre, and can be accessed by the local bus. The beach, where aqua aerobics can be enjoyed free of charge, Mon-Fri: from 11-12, is about 50m from the hotel. Beach chairs & umbrella can be booked through the hotel or directly at the beach. Firstly, the staff are superbly helpful and friendly, they recommended restaurants, booked taxis, helped us with absolutely everything . They made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped in. It is a very family orientated hotel and the area itself (Viserbella in Rimini) is also very family orientated, so generally quite safe (however, it is roughly a 20 minute... More

Dear Sahra, we thank you soooo much for your review and to have prized us with "the best hotel in the area"!!! Viserbella is a quiet neighbourhood of Rimini, where people can go out and be safe even at late night. This is why it's a family oriented location but at the same time it's very easy to reach the... The staff at the hotel are very prompt and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds firm, and the water pressure perfect. The included breakfast is light but hits the spot. After the show around 6, there's snacks and drinks waiting for free. While the city is mostly closed in the month of January, we were able to find places... More

Enjoyed a great week at the hotel, which is situated in a quiet street 20mt from the beach front but most important close to some fabulous scenic cycling roads. The staff were terrific, nothing was a problem for them, as my italian isnt the best there was no problem with communicating as all staff had a good understanding of english.... More

Checked in with my husband and 2 kids (ages 11&12) to a quadruple economy room (cost €920 for 7 nights). We were upgraded to a quadruple superior room. I'm not sure what this gained us but we had a small balcony with a sea view. The room was spacious with 2 king-size beds (1 being a pull-out sofa). They were... More

We booked the Helvetia Parco but when we got there they transferred us to their sister hotel the Serena Park. We didn't get the jacuzzi and sauna but everything else was very nice. Staff were lovely, ringing up for bus times, booking taxis etc, making us tea when we arrived back late. Easy to get to, take bus #9 from... More

We've just come back from a week long stay at the Park Hotel Serena and had a very pleasant holiday. This was our 'budget' holiday of the year and we opted for the hotel as it's close to the beach and has a swimming pool. Incidentally we looked at the Diana Hotel (as we have a 2 year old) which... Small-medium size hotel with bijoux double rooms - if you want space go for a family room. Really clean and recently refurbished. Good bed and I am fussy, airconditioning, fan, safe, tv (no English channel though) and balcony with chairs. Small bathroom - no bath more like a wet room with toiletries. Small communal areas for sitting - one with... More
