Camping for me does not mean to rub my solder next to the other camper in the mid sun.Unfortunatly the fact that this camp has got the exclusivity in Elafonisos make it ok .We were not extremely happy with their services and the huge crowds that made the beautiful beach look ugly

Average camping site, probably worths just for the amazing location and the fact that there is no other camping on the island. In comparison with other good camping sites in Greece (eg. the Coralli camping in Serifos) it is hardly as good. -Expensive. 45 euros for one tent for 4 persons is well above the average price for camping sites... The camp site is super organized, they have everything you need available. All the staff are really friendly and they even provide a free bus service to the town when ever you need. The beach is incredible both in the day and at night, its a really relaxing place. I went with a group of 10 during august, high season,... More

The camping staff was very polite and helpfull. The accomodation prices are good but the mini market prices are.. too expensive! And it is the only market inside and outside the camping.. If you got a car, better get food by a supermarket and start cooking :) Also the sun beds at the beach are so hella expensive, you should... More

The camping is at a great location but very expensive for the services provided. The food was expensive and you should pay for the sun beds at the beach. It's really crowded over the weekends cause the beach is amazing. Last but not least you should pay for the wifi!

I love this place because it is next to my favorite beach! We stayed in the Bungalows. The room was big enough and clean. Simos camping has all you need, coffe, food, drinks, Mini Market and the best beach next to it. Went there on june which is consider low season and it was the best decision because it was... More

Ok.. let's start being positive. This campsite is very well organized, mutlilingual staff, reasonably shady (although mainly under artificial shade), there's always a parking space for your car next to your place, toilets are not special but cleaned regularly, the beach is one of the best I've ever seen the water in particular is fantastic. Now... the place they gave... More

We stayed at this location for the first 2 weeks of August 2013. I will start from the location that is great. The island of Elafonisos has several really amazing and huge beaches with clear water, shallow at most of the locations and perfect sand. There is not much you can do on the island itself but if you visit is... Aside the great beach, ANY given service, including the stay is very expensive. 58 euros for a couple with a car for 2 nights, plus 25 euros for a simple meal. Noisy and packed. Bonus a cockroach nest next to the tent, for which the staff was not apologetic at all.

It was a long drive from Athens but worth it even the 15 euro each way for the very short ferry ride. The campsite is next to a secluded beach, you can hear the sea. It probably gets very crowded in the summer though.
