My family (husband and I and two children, ages 8 and 11) and I stayed here for a total of 6 nights in July 2014. Just outside of Paris, Malakoff is a reasonably priced area for tourists. The hotel is a stone's throw from a Metro station; several restaurants, cafes, stores, and markets are within walking distance. We paid around... More

She who must be obeyed did not do well with Jet Lag. Infarct it almost induced a breakdown, ugh. The concierge, Ozi, guided us to a doctor for her back condition and supported a dialog with my wife that overcame the isolation of culture shock that occurs when American English confronts Paris French for several days. Take note that France... More

It was a good hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Good size room with private bathroom. Nice location. near to Metro station. But sometime problem with the language as not all staff members can speak English.

I travelled here with my friend for a four night holiday. We never expected much when going and when we arrived we were right. A glorified youth hostel, no lift and dark staircase. The walls are so thin you can hear next doors conversations. The shower was small but that's normal for Paris. The area is lovely and the market... More

Me and my friend stayed here at the beginning of October. It was okay for the price. The woman at the reception was nice and helpful, also she upgraded us from a room with two single beds to a room with two rooms with double beds and it had a little kitchenette, because we had a lot of luggage she... Staff friendly and helpful, room small and basic, everything I expected from a €50 a night hotel, local market and shops including bakery nearby, Hotel is 5 minute walk from the Metro, takes about 10 minutes to get into the city from there

We enjoyed staying at Residence De La Tour. It's quite a ways outside the city, but near a subway station so it's easy to get around. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but it's to be expected at a budget hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great value for the price and would recommend for couples or single travelers... More
