Loved this place! Not only do you get free parking at your door (and in the heart of Bondi Beach that is truly a rarity) but it's reasonably priced. The studio apartment we had was scrupulously clean, modern, comfy with a nice kitchenette and great shower. We felt very secure here behind the lockable gates, it was like a tranquil... More

This motel is ok. It is fairly old, the decor is dated and so is the building. However, it is fine if you do not want to pay the high prices at Bondi. We paid about $200/night for 3 people, but if you are going to have a 3rd person on the sofa bed - don't! It was a spring... More

Stayed for one night in a ground floor studio room. Appreciated the free onsite car parking and very secure site. Apartment amenities were basic but adequate for our brief stay. We spent most of our time at the beach and so it was great to have a clean and comfortable place to come to after a full day. Was overly... More

This property should be called the ultimate 1960's style motel : it looks just like a lot of American and Canadian motels I remember from the sixties. There is a two level structure housing the suites on the perimeter around a parking lot and right in the middle of the parking lot : a swimming pool! It is clean and... More

If you want to stay near/on Bondi Beach Ultimate Apartments should be your place! I stayed only 1 night having found the CBD hotels way too expensive and a 1BDRM only being AUD $160 a night. I arrived after the office closed but the key was easy to locate and so check-in was seamless. I was worried at first as... More

I stayed here and was slightly anxious before I arrived as I had read reviews saying the rooms were small, dated and dirty. I was very very pleasantly surprised. My room was large, spotless and although the bathroom could be updated, the shower was really powerful and i had no complaints. For the price..These apartments are a bargain...and for all... More

Ultimate in the 1960's, unfortunately not so ultimate now. Great location, close to the beach and the local attractions. However, the room is badly in need of a renovation. Very tired and dated furnishings.

We were looking for some where which had secure parking with a reasonable price . This place worked out really well as we could park right outside our room . The room was clean with a bed, sitting room/kitchen plus a bathroom . I really enjoyed staying here so booked another night !

We stayed 5 nights in unit 28 - nice and close to the front gate. Facilities were all adequate and clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was not huge but all the essentials were in place - a nice couch to watch telly, coffee table with the kitchen along one wall. It was very quiet. Did not have to use the... More

We arrived at our O'Brien Street destination to find a forbidding stockade style entrance. Our taciturn hostess began by asking me to read and sign the rental contract. The 'apartment' was compact in size with sufficient space to get down either side of the bed. The bars over the modest windows, high over the bedhead, provided peace of mind and... More
