The worst place I have ever seen. Rude staff. Dirty walls and carpets. Stained pillows beds and sheets. Couldn't stay one night and no refund given after paying for a full week This place should be closed down.

We stayed there only for 2 nights in June, it wasn't really busy and so we had a 4bed dorm for the two of us which was very comfy and we had lots of space. Room and bathrooms were clean but maybe because the hostel was almost empty... Bar is just downstairs and it's very loud in the evenings/nights (but... More

We turned up over Xmas from a pretty busy backpacking session which included Darwin,Alice Springs, Adelaide and Melbourne! Each place before had amazing hostels and was nothing short of a credit to Australia... Then we came here!! The staff member who checks you in is some sort of moody Polish/Russian guy who just wants your money and isn't interested in... More

We stayed over Xmas in a private room and it was Really expensive, had poor levels of cleanliness. Rubbish wifi. Dirty showers. Average service from staff, and the room was really depressing. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
