Julie and I had 5 nights at this cosy little motel recently. Situated where it is, there will be traffic and rail noise, but may not be an issue for all. The room was large enough, although a little dark. But the bathroom required a high skill level of dexterity as it is very small. Very friendly hosts and the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on the recommendation of a friend. The room was fine, but the bathroom was tiny; you couldn't even dry yourself in there after showering. The motel was quite isolated and took us over an hour to get there from the location of a function on Friday night. Breakfast was served late and the restaurant... More

We stayed here for three nights to visit family close by and we found the Mt Kuring gai Motel to have exceptional service, very clean rooms (serviced daily) and the Chinese food delivered to our room was absolutely delicious! We rang to order dinner not realising the kitchen had closed but the owners offered to still accommodate us- which we... More

Nice little hotel. Restaurant has closed and nowhere very close for dinner. Railway line across the road is noisy all night and kept waking us up. Rooms are a bit dark and could do with a reno. Site will do washing for a small charge.

Stayed here overnight on 13th March 2014, whilst traveling up the coast from Victoria, on our way to Port Macquarie. For a $110 a couple overnight, in this handy Sydney location, at Mt Kuringai, so convenient to the M1, also a short train ride into the city, very clean, tidy, comfy beds, good quiet air conditioning, super fast wifi at... We stayed here for three nights and have only high praise for this motel. Everyday we returned our beds were freshly made again, we were supplied with new towels and the tea and coffee were also topped up. This was absolutely wonderful to return to after busy days visiting family and the sites. The beds are comfortable and rooms have... More

There are a range of rooms, including double and twin, plus a family room (double plus a standard and small single bed behind a partition wall). While the rooms are typically on the small side, and the bathrooms are small, both are completely adequate, even for a larger person. For the majority of the rooms parking is at the door,... More

Quite cheerful, but small room. We slept well despite the train noise. The bathroom was tiny so an obese person may have problems. The shower recess was in great need of renovation. Slim singles with modest bathroom expectations may like it here.

We stayed here for one night stop over when travelling. Booked a family room, a little dated though very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very small though large enough for our needs. Nice warm shower, split system aircon (heater worked well), tea and coffee facilities with microwave.Flat screen TV with excellent reception. There is a Chinese restaurant on site, which was... We needed somewhere to stay for an early bushwalk in the morning, it is in a great place for local bushwalking, it's a pleasant motel, the rooms are nice and the place is clean. The only problem is the noise from the passing trains.
