This is a hard one to rate as there were pluses and minuses. Booked in for 5 nights Feb22 -27 2009 but stayed for one ! Poor location with no restaurants or bars in walking distance and very difficult to find.Room not ready when arrived at 2pm and swimming pool bar not open.Virtually no staff on duty-had to request someone to come down from the restaurant to serve a drink from the bar.As... more

Nice new hotel. Stopped here during Christmas 2007. Got great deal by ringing hotel direct. Bit hard to find but once you get closer, ring them for guidance. Fantastic spa facilities used nearly everyday. Puerto de la Cruz about 10 minute drive away, hire car highly recommeded. Staff very friendly more
