This tall, thin building on a busy street in Le Kef houses a clean and functional hotel. A laid-back place to spend a few days, El Kef aka Le Kef was long the capital of western Tunisia. I stayed at the immaculate and central Hotel Ramzi (35 DTor $30 b&large breakfast) and ate at the Venus (about 15 DT with a beer.) El Kef has many interesting sites, including a preserved synagogue, an excellent museum of popular... More
