this hotel is done with great creativity. we had a ver nice room at the very front of the hotel, but there will be views from every room. the restaurant is a bit average and the cafe on the top floor is for breakfast only during the week. stuff not always friendly . try to pursue with a smile, they... Hotel Dömitzer Hafen is a nicely renovated harbour storehouse located in Dömitz, where the railway line Hamburg-Berlin once crossed the Elbe River. Location is good, not far from the town centre and still in a quiet area. The Elbe railway bridge was destroyed in April 1945 and never rebuild. It became a sad symbol of the German partition.
