We had lunch in the terrace on a spring weekday. It was a perfect moment: the food was delicious and perfectly cooked. The mains looked a bit too simple compared to starters but themes delivered in the taste department. The service is very personal and family friendly. They even have a changing pad in the restroom. The atmosphere inside was... More

Really enjoyed our stay in this small hotel. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was top notch and our room was clean, comfortable, well decorated and had a good shower. Friendly and helpful staff too. Recommended.

This hotel is located just below the very pretty village of St. Guilhaume de Desert. It is also located just beside and above the river so there are some pretty views. It has an open parking lot right off the main road so easy access as well. The room we were in, on the second floor did not have elevator... More

We stayed one night at this place, and were surpirsed by the warm welcome. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The restaurant has good food and a very professional waiter. Great ambiance, in a historical building.

This is our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months, and it is just as good as it was a year ago. We had a different room this time, which was just as lovely. Very unique design, very comfortable, and a great location. If you are visiting St Guilhaume, this is the place to stay. It also... More

2 nights April'14 as cyckling with family and friends in Languedoc. Charming, small place to stay in this village. Very kind staff, and the cosy house dog we still remember. Try the local fish from the river for dinner, and of course Champagne outside in the small garden overlooking the river.

We had a fantastic stay in june 2013. 1 week walking the mountains eating delicous meals at Guilhaume d'Orange. Checking out the City and surrounding plages like St. Jean de Fos, the gorges, canoeing the river Hérault.

Perfectly located at the gate of a gorgeous medieval village this B&B offers everything that you might want for a night or a longer stop in the area. The rooms are large and well appointed with an unusual bathroom design.....but perfectly functional. Rooms with the view over the river are quiet and you can sleep with the window open. All... More

Stayed here for one night with friends (we booked all 6 rooms of the hotel!). Heard the whole village can be overrun by a seething mass of tourists in summer so we visited in February and had the whole place to ourselves. What a beautiful place St Guilhem le Desert is and what a lovely hotel to base ourselves. Located... More

Nestled as it is at the entrance to the village, this lovely little hotel has loads of personality and charm. Parking is a breeze, thanks to the hotel's excellent arrangement with the secure, public car park next door. Our room was quite spacious by French standards. It was also spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The soup and whole local... More
