This small agritourism is in the heart of the highlands of the Maremma region of Tuscany. The agritourism is an old-fashioned stone farmhouse with an adjacent hay barn that has been elegantly renovated in Tuscan style into a villa with 2 apartments called "Ciciano" and "Boccheggiano" according to the views of these towns from the windows. In the apartment "Ciciano" there is a double bedroom with the possibility of twin beds, bathroom with showers, fully-equipped kitchen, woodstove, couch. In the apartment "Boccheggiano" there is a double bedroom, bathroom with showers, fully-equipped kitchen, woodstove, couch. On the ground floor of the villa, guests have the use of a large communal living room, complete with fireplace, 2 toilets, tables, chairs as well as maps and brochures to get to know the area. Outside there is a patio with panoramic views. In the main house, the ground floor has been redone as the "Vallebuia" apartment, named for the view of the valley. This apartment has a double bedroom with the possibility of twin beds with an extra single bed in the same room, bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, woodstove, couch . All three apartments are very bright and cool in the summer. Outside, the large garden is equipped with lounging and picnic furniture as well as BBQ. This Farmhouse is ideal for those visitors seeking peace and tranquillity and directly from the Agritourism, guests can go walking through the woods and in the right seasons, can find wild mushrooms, aparagus, balckberries, strawberries and chestnuts. In a nearby structure, guests can take part in excursions within the area, ie: quad tours, high ropes course, horse riding. The favourable location of the agritourism allows for frequent visits to the nearby cities of art: Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima ,Florence ,Pienza ,Montalcino,the Abbey of San galgano, perhaps you would prefer to travel to the sea along the maremman coast you found Follonica, Castiglion della Pescaia ,Punta Ala. We are inside the Tuscan Mining Geopark of Unesco and it’s possible to visits old mine in Gavorrano, Museum Archeo-mine in Gavorrano and Massa Marittima and “The Biancane” in Monterotondo Guests are free to use laundry facilities as well as the vegetable garden during their stay.
