All inclusive with too many limitations. Poor sortiment, long waiting for waiters to be served. Poor quality of meals served (i can cook better). EVERY NIGHT LIVE MUSIC ACCROSS THE STREET TILL 4 AM!!! YOU WILL NOT SLEEP THE WHOLE STAY UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY DEAF. No one in the hotel did and "carrabiniery" hang up the phone in the... More

Food and service fantastic with staff so helpful. Rooms large and airy with amazing views over the pool, marina and sea. There's also a brilliant pianist who plays in the evening and, like all the staff, was great fun and really friendly. I have never eaten so well with a good choice of options from the menu at both lunch... More

The huge hotels packs in the guests. The pool, nearby beach and dining rooms are crowded. Breakfast was disappointing. The food was bad, and service nonexistent. Thr dining rooms are geared towards people on the full meal plan, so everyone else is mostly ignored. Service was adequate at best. As a general rule, low wage Sicilian hospitality workers are not... I travelled to this hotel with a small group from Saga. It was great to have waiter service at lunch and dinner instead of the usual buffet style for all meals. The food was generally good, sometimes excellent and sometimes poor. We had a wonderful waiter called Gulio who was so cheerful and helpful. Our rep Joya was great too.... More

It's a beautiful hotel with an elegant modern sicilian style. Unlike many hotels in Sicily, the staff speaks English. Parking next to the hotel. The beach, tennis court and the footballcourt are all located in font of the hotel. Nice surrendings.

My comments will reflect most of those input earlier by Julie-Hants. This hotel could be in the middle of the Sahara for all the access available to the more interesting parts of Sicily. I also went on a Saga holiday so therefore did not hire a car. A car is absolutely essential here as there is no public transport to... More

If you are after relaxation and amazing views then this is the place for you. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped, really comfortable bed, great shower, quiet. The view of the marina and then the sea from our balcony was beautiful. i have never eaten so well with a good choice of options from the menu at both... More

Just returned from a 5 day visit to this hotel. Couldn't praise the staff and facilities highly enough. Food and service fantastic with staff so helpful. Rooms large and airy with amazing views over the pool, marina and sea if you're on the right side of the building. Has its own private beach with lifeguard and bar with plenty of... More

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Went with the British company, Saga who specialize in holidays for the over 55's. (well they used to), think they have lost their way lately. This hotel was in the back of beyond, no where to go, no public transport or taxis, in fact nothing at all unless you counted... More
