We stayed here in February 2014. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are stylish and the beds super comfortable. We booked half board and this is where it all falls apart. There is a set 3-course menu, which anyone can choose at a cost of €30. There is no choice for those that have paid for half board as part... More

The excellence of the snow in March was not matched by the experience in this hotel. It was frustrating to see such a waste of a promising boutique style structure. Double rooms normally have two chairs and I do not recall another 4 star room devoid of a mirror. The warmth, hot water and comfortable bed cannot be denied. The... More

The biggest disappointment during my week's stay in March, was the food. Breakfasts were acceptable, apart from the awful coffee from a totally inadequate machine. Dinner was another story: the set menu advertised a series of wonderful-sounding dishes with an interesting combination of ingredients, though the translations were rather bizarre. What came to the table was a series of plates... More

This is one of the best ski hotels we have stayed in for convenience and ambiance. It is right on the slope and just above a lift. We arrived early to a lovely greeting by Jennie, who spoke very good English even though we could have used the practise to speak French .Indeed all the young staff were friendly and... More

This could be a 4 star. Looks nice, the restaurant and its staff are professional and the food is good. Rooms are nice too. Some rooms are also go for 500€. So you expect it to be a top hotel. Yet, some things just don’t work, pure and simple. The Spa facilities are not included. After you pay 20€ you... More

Had an awful experience here using their Spa facilities. After being in the Spa for only about half an hour I managed to burn my foot on a floor level pipe sticking out in the steam room. I had to ask 3 separate members of staff for some kind of 1st Aid asssistance as each successive one either forgot about... More

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but it was at least three stars short during our stay in March 14. The kitchen had a meltdown on our arrival night and the waiting staff were in denial that anything was wrong - running around like headless chickens and failing to explain the delays or the dreadful food. Admittedly,... More

We spent the first week of March here. The food was apppaling, rooms inadequate and the management lacked professionalism - definite training need. In it's favour there was plenty of hot water for post ski-ing baths and the beds were comfortable. Fortunately the ski-ing was great - it is a lovely resort but we most certainly would not go back... Myself and a friend decided to splash out on our annual ski holiday this year for a bit of luxury. Luxurious it isn't. On arrival at the resort Crystal dropped us off at the foot of a 200m hill - we had to haul our suitcases, skis, and bootbags up this snow covered hill to the hotel as the Anova... More

Had a lovely two weeks at this hotel at the beginning of Feb 14. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The staff, especially the two lads in the restaurant, couldn't do enough for you. We enjoyed the food and the bar was really nice. We would definitely stay there again. Ski in and... More
