Over priced for the value - Fair price: 70-80 eur/night/room not more. Reasons: out of the city Vada (3-4 km) on the main road, rooms not isolated good (hear people from the next room very clear), breakfast not included (!!), restaurant did not impress, rooms and tv old fashioned.
