Definitely not a five star hotel. The cards for the doors were not working, the elevators were out of order most of the time, food was horrible - breakfast: old vegatables, meat, which was more like a dog food, water-like coffee, etc. Lunch and dinner were the same. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. I would give it two stars... More

There are no words in the dictionary that can explain the disappointment of that hotel. First: it's not 5 stars it is so clear and obvious,I wouldn't give them more than 2. Second: the food was BAD,no variety what so ever, or undercooked and manly stew kind of food,(who want to eat that when is 30degree C outside?).Third: The AC... More

If you read Wendy M's & Kath J's reviews you will get a very good idea of what this hotel was like, but let me tell you they are being very, very polite. The food was awful, very limited choice and it was always cold and greasy. The staff were very offhand, often rude and very tip orientated. I was... More

We are not ones to complain and always check Trip Advisor on Hotels before we go. But I have to say for the expense we shelled out for this Holiday I feel people should be made aware if going to this hotel late September. Bad Points 1) We were not informed that on the return flight home to Stansted it... More

A nice start then it went downhill, the hotel is very nice but not 5 star, rooms are good but the cleaner was not so good (same long hair and piece of toilet paper at the side of the toilet when we arrived till we left no cleaning products used for the two weeks we stayed). The hotel and local bars/shops and... More

I went to Primosko with 5 friends (all lads, aged 21-23). It's NOT a lads holiday destination. The hotel itself is quite nice. The rooms are really big, everything you'd expect from a supposedly 5* hotel. The staff are friendly enough, most of them speak English, and the food is 'OK'. However, I would not recommend this hotel to English... More

Hotel was beautiful and very clean, pool was great. That's about it!! Only a few of the hotel staff spoke broken English and most of them were not very helpful. The food was NOT 5* after 2 days of trying to eat it we gave up and headed into the one street of Primorsko town to eat chips and cheese... More

This hotel it lovely.... cant fault the rooms or pools! But I would not suggest any British to go there, the hotel staff cannot speak a word of English. This can make ur stay very stressful as it was even hard to order drinks sometimes never mind ask for advise at reception. Food is.... German/Polish style, not really my kind... More
