If Austria prides itself for well-trained hospitality people and exceeding service quality, it was must passed over this property. It felt more like 50 years back....with a rather cold welcome and a grumpy bell-boy, followed by clueless service.
Considering the prime amount of money that is charged, it is most definitely not worth it. Especially disappointing is the "pre-fixed rules...
