Just got back from here, the first and main issue is overbooking. We arrived at around 1am, and got put in the Amalia. The annoying thing was that the receptionist didn't say anything just that the porter will take our luggage. If they were honest it wouldn't of been so bad. The Amalia was ok, clean, basic, quiet pool and... More

Went for a week, all inclusive. Day 1, sent to an uncleaned room. Day 2, moved to another room due to overbooking. Day 3, I got D&V, Day 5 my wife got D&V, thankfully I was well enough to look after her by then. Lastly the dogs that live on the complex bark all night. The hotel is ok, but... More

due to hotel overbooking and bad management we were unable to unpack for 5 days, firstly we were put into the amalia hotel and had to change rooms there as it was very noisy due to traffic, then we were given a family room in the magna which was totally unsuitable for 4 adults as it only had one bathroom... This was the first holiday abroad I have ever booked for myself. On arrival my boyfriend and I were surprised at how much better it was than we expected despite the bad reviews we had seen. We were lucky enough to have a room in the main hotel building, giving us easy access to the dining area, bars, pools and... More

2010 fabulous lovely room no issues, basic food and service right for the money we paid. In 2011 the hotel over booked despite us having booked in March eventually located to an apartment away from the complex for the first night, not good as I have mobility problems. Staff exceptionally helpful but we felt that we lost a day of... More

I have just got back from this hotel where myself and 3 friends stayed. After reading the reviews we were a little worried as we had actually booked to stay in a hotel in Ipsos which we could no longer stay at. The hotel staff were great and the entertainment team were too. Great holiday

Having read reviews about this hotel I was a bit nervous ... and I was right to be. The hotel was full they tried to put us a,family with young children half way up a hill in a block of flats with no pool. We argued our case and were put in a small hotel across the road called the... More

Lovely hotel with stunning views of the mountains. Hotel room kept very clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Beach only 5 minute walk with plenty of water sports. Dassia itself very pretty and lots of little shops. Plenty of boat trips available, lots to see and do close by. We stayed around the hotel as there was just enough going... More

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Supermarket and lovely little shops 3 mins walk away. Very safe area for children. Beach very stoney so we only wen3t once but beautiful views. The only complaint we had was the fold out bed was so hard my 8yr old couldn't sleep on it and we also asked for extra pillows as the... More

We stayed at the Magna Graecia for 10 days with all inclusive. First surprise was when we arrived, that they told us we couldn't stay there because they are overbooked and we should go to another hotel that was 45 km away! We didn't want to agree to that and they told us that there is no other option. After... More
