We've stayed many times at Clippesby Hall. The site is very pretty and beautifully laid out. Even the largest tents have plenty of space. The toilets are clean and the toilet buildings are heated. We've camped there anywhere between spring/autumn when the evening temeratures can be quite cold. The Muskett Arms pub/restaurant is good value although it can get very... More

This was our second time at Clippesby and we had a wonderful time. We have two boys (3 and 6 years of age) who loved their time here. We stayed in the Heath which is a smaller area but with lots of safe green space for the kids to play, ride their bikes, have water fights etc! Its hard to... More

We have just returned from a 3 night trip to Clippersby Hall Camp Site. We were welcomed and taken to our pitch immediately. We stayed in The Dell, which is within the wooded area of the site. The Dell is definitely more shaded than the other areas and rain from the trees kept us awake one night as it collected... More

Had two lovely weeks camping here with some really good weather. The pitch we had was ok, we would of preferred to of been on the other side of the field as this had the sun all day long. The staff and amenities were really good. There is a pub on site that serves what looked to be good food... More

My wife and I visited the park on 8th August to the 15th August. We were surprised to see that the 'chalet' WENLOCK looked nothing like the photo's on the web. It was painted black! It was not in a central position as advertised but at the top end. the only building further back on the site was the back... More

We returned to Clippesby Hall site for a weeks camping last week (our fourth time there). As usual the entire stay was fantastic. The site is well run, clean and tidy and well shielded by trees. The kids loved it 9 and 11 years old. There's a lot of playing for them to do here. If I had one criticism... More

Another fab week camping at Clippesby Hall. It's one of the few places I know we can take our 12, 14 and 16 year olds and they will all be independent and safe with plenty to do and spaces to hang out. All of them made new friends and want to go back next year. Happy kids = happy campers!... More

We return to Clippesby again and again - for our main holiday and for odd weekends when the weather looks good. It is a fantastic, family friendly site, just the right balance of things to do and countryside peace and quiet. You can get freshly baked bread every morning, or go to Susie's for coffee and pastries for brunch. Great... More

We haven't visited clippesby before and we certainly weren't disappointed. We booked Friday to Monday, with the intention of going home Sunday night, but because of illness we arrived Saturday morning instead. From the get go it was clear it was a lovely, family place. We got to our pitch on Cedar and there was no fuss; no 'you must... More

My husband and I are regular campers in the UK. We stayed at Clippesby for 4 nights at the beginning of July. The site is very big but is divided into different areas so feels more like a collection of several campsites than one big one. This gave the benefits of a bigger site (bike hire, cafe, swimming pool, restaurant... More
