We stayed at this resort 23-30 September 2007 as part of a Wedding Party of 33. Arrival at the hotel was late about 11pm (this counts as day one...I must speak to Sunwing about this....) The check-in was staffed by one person. But at least the rooms were pre-assigned so they were not completely taken by surprise at our arrival.... more
