As an American, we found Ktima boutique hotel the most charming, characteristic place in the Areopolis Region of Greece! A Fantastic atmosphere within a traditional stone village. The hotel itself is built with beautiful stone work in the guest rooms & the pathways among the gardens & pool. The rooms are magnificent! Nicely decorated, with unique arch design above the... More

Other reviewers have spoken with wisdom - this is a very comfortable place to stay with most attentive service. To avoid repetition, I will add : Well worth having dinner here, as we did 2 nights running. We have eaten in many average tavernas so thought we would try the local fare here, and avoid a hit or miss in... More

My wife and I traveled to Aereopolis and the Mani last weekend. The hotel was clean and magnificently fitted out. Each of the rooms was unique with different furniture our suite was a beautiful loft with two balconies, and a hot tub in the bedroom. The hotel is walking distance from charming cafes and restaurants (walking distance = about .75... More

Picturesque location with beautiful rooms. The swimming pool is great for a refreshing dip after a day of trotting around Areopoli. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on the traditional meal - it's absolutely delicious!

We arrived in rain and cold at the end of December. The welcome we received was warm and welcoming. This was our second visit, and we were not disappointed. Fantastic breakfasts, great service - and our own fire lit for us each night in our stone built 'little house' - what more could you ask for?? We will definitely go... More

It is a hotel that you feel you are home but of course on holidays due to the perfect service and care of the owners that they have showed to me from the first moment.... In addition that the room was large with very comfortable bed with a tradional design.... Waaa... do not miss their breakfast or tradional food.... This... More

Great rooms with touches of luxury and a friendly welcome from the owners. The views across the countryside to the sea are picturesque and the surroundings peaceful as the hotel is set a short walk from the town. The breakfasts are special with homemade local delicacies. Areopolis is a pretty place for a few days stay with good tavernas and... More

It's a family owned and run traditional guest house. Any reference to it as a "boutique hotel" is rather far from reality. The reason is one: it can not be called an hotel since it doesn't really have professional staff and services. You will enjoy the experience though and have a very good time, if you know what you expect.... More

The breakfast was delicious! Traditional local handmade products on breakfast. The suite was fantastic with jacuzzi (no extra price to use it). Very clean room and the owners very friendly. Areopoli is one of the most beautiful places. I love it!!

The hotel is designed and decorated carefully with respect to the local architecture. The owners Nota and Thanasis are very friendly and hospitable. We also have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best we had. All the pies and the sweets are fresh handmade and very tasteful.
