My wife and I, guiding a Dante-tour of the Casentino valley with some fifteen Dante-lovers, spent a wonderful time at this resort. The warm and accommodating reception, the beautiful rooms and excellent food left pleasant memories with all members of our group. We are sure to spend more time here with our future Dante-groups.

The resort is in a beautiful spot high in the mountains of Tuscany. The rooms were very clean, the beds good, but they were sparsely furnished. The bathrooms, although modern and very clean, had no shelves or cabinets to place anything. The best part of the resort is the family. They were warm, welcoming, accommodating and charming. It was a pleasure to... More

Beautiful location, clean rooms, very nice and welcoming staff! Our trip was during the last half of August. The location is in the hills above Poppi with such an incredible view! Although our vacation was filled with so many places to visit in Tuscany (Poppi is relatively central to the big cities), this hotel is located so perfectly if you... More

We stayed at I Tre Baroni for two nights half-board. The hotel is located within the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi and commands a beautiful view over the valley down to Poppi. We were offered a choice of rooms on arrival and chose the larger of the two rooms (the smaller had a stunning view). This was a good-sized room... More

We had a wedding at I Tre Baroni – about 25 people and we stayed for 3 nights. We organized with help of Marta and Andrea. What can I say – we couldn’t be happier! Marta and Andrea accommodated to all our needs and requests and the wedding went exceptionally well, all of our guests and relatives told us they... More

We stayed at this lovely rustic hotel at the end of May 2013, Andrea and his team cold not have been more welcoming. Despite the very unseasonal weather we were faced with they did all that they could to make our stay enjoyable. The Hotel restaurant is very good, we ate in there most nights, there's not much choice locally,... More

We stayed for 2 nights. The setting on the hillside was stunning and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfasts were good and the restaurant served lovely meals using local ingredients. Rooms were clean, tidy and private. Unfortunately I didn't get to try out the pool as it came in cold and wet the evening I planned on having a... More

It is the result of an excellent renovation of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse and offers 24 rooms. I Tre Baroni arises out of the love of our work and history, giving new life to the ancient Camaldolese country of Moggiona. The rooms Rooms also provided with independent external entrance, are equipped with all comforts, such as Internet wireless access. They are furnished with Tuscan style and attention to details, offering a view of valley and Poppi Castle or of Camaldoli forest. Rooms are divided in standard rooms, Suites and Family Suites.
