My stay at Crystal Paradise was most comfortable and enjoyable. The resort is all that it promises and more. The Cabins are excellent and relaxing. The grounds of the resort provided me with nature walks and bird watching. They are well kept. My hosts at Crystal Paradise were like extended family and the meals were very good. Gentian

This is one of the last few Belizean resorts that is family owned. The tours they organize and the food they prepare is all amazing. Its a great peaceful area where you can explore the village or stay and relax in the jungle. We stayed a couple places on our trip and this was the highlight of our honeymoon.

Crystal Paradise: This was a great place for us as strangers to Belize. My wife and friend were mostly interested in birding but also did other recreation. The lodge offers a plethora of choices. We did not want to drive as well and had little complaint about the drivers and driving. Just be forewarned that once a person gets off... More

I picked Crystal Paradise for a stay from several of the wonderful comments, the proximity to the birds and the bird tours. I will be going back because of the hosts. The Tut family was fantastic, from Jeronie calling before the trip to make sure all was well to Papa Tut having coffee with me in the morning before the... More

I wish I could give a higher rating than excellent. Our vacation at Crystal Paradise was perfect. The Tut family that runs Crystal Paradise is the main reason why we loved our stay. We stayed for a week, and so ended up meeting many of the family members who were all welcoming to us. We ate like kings, planned all... More

My son and i stayed here for 3nights in August, so we could be close to the atm cave and tikal. It was all inclusive, from the ride to and from Belize to the meals and our excursions. The place is ok. Not terrible, but not anywhere you want to hang out for long. The rooms are large and not... More

On behalf of the Tut Family we are sorry that these guests did not have a great time; we would like to clarify a few things. We know that readers compare this review with all the great ones that we have. First of all we always recommend our guest, whether they book direct or through an agent to bring their... More

This eco-lodge was absolutely incredible. The grounds are beautiful, lots of wildlife to see, not too far of a walk down to the river (although beware of a neighbor's three large dogs that will run out at you and bark). The food was beyond plentiful and delicious, the most abundant spread of food I have ever eaten when staying at... More

What a wonderful place. The beauty of the grounds is echoed in the "family" that operates this Edan. My guide, "cousin" Andy was remarkable. His combination of knowledge and charm made for a truly "dream come true" birding experience. I'll be back! Oh, and did I mention the food! It was the best.

Stayed there for 4 nights while visiting Belize on my honeymoon. The cabanas were great. They were spacious and well decorated. The thatched roof worked really well for ventilation and keeping the bugs out. Even during the summer (the wet season) I felt no discomfort inside the rooms. The lodge itself was very well planned out - it's off the... More

This is a family owned resort which makes it feel very homey. It's in the middle of the jungle which makes it perfect for anyone wanting a remote get away. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner upon request. All is homemade Belizean cuisine. The portion sizes are plentiful and the food is delicious! If you're a coffee person, they make... More
