Beautiful location on a mountain. Rooms are clean and the food is very extensive.

Upon arrival, I was struck w the beauty of the grounds and the situation of the cabins. Scarlet macaws and various parrolets were constantly flying-over. I really wanted to love this place, I tried. Our stay here had ups and downs but this is not a spot we would return to. The cabinas are poorly designed so that there is no cross ventilation - very important since they are not air conditioned and this is a HOT area. This was one of my favorite places on my trip to Costa Rica in Feb. It feels remote and peaceful. The lounge area/deck/restaurant is very nice and relaxing. I could spend all day there.
