Located in the suburbs of Barcelona, adjacent to the motorway, we stayed overnight prior to boarding our ship for a 7 day cruise. Clean, free parking and WIFI, only problem was the food in the cafe. Not very good for dinner, but their breakfast was nice. Rooms are pretty good sized and comfortable. Only one elevator, and the staff had... More

We stayed here again, this time for three nights over New Year. Once again we couldn't fault any of the staff whom are all extremely efficient and courteous and no language problems whatsoever despite our extremely limited Spanish/Catalan. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Food is typical Ibis and to be honest it is rare when we eat in... More

I stayed in the hotel for 4 weeks on business. It was booked by my customer. Several occasions the food served was so cold it was like it came from the fridge. After returning the food it was apparent the food was microwaved on the plate as when it was returned the plate was very hot, not particularly good when... More

The hotel personal is very impolite and rude. The english speaking level is equal zero.. And they looks at you as you where stupid for not to understand any Catalan or Spanish. This is far from an international hotel..! You can't turn on the air conditioning. It's eater hot or nothing.. (Was here in January) Which leaves you with no... More

The Ibis Hotel is located outside the main Barcelona city center, in the quiet suburb of Moilins de Rei. It is very close to the Railway station, where you can get on a direct train to Catalunya. The place is good for those looking for cheaper but great accomodations. Molins de Rei is an extremely quiet residential suburb. There is... More

Stayed here with my 18 year old son and his friend as part of a weekend to see Barcelona play at the Nou Camp. The Candelaria Fair was on in the town, by coincidence. It is a huge market and food & drink festival which is well worth a visit so check out the dates for next year. The hotel... More

Stayed here for one night after a late arrival at the airport and before heading north. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to find and well located for main roads out if town - ideal if you're by-passing Barcelona and need a basic place to stay before or after a flight, but I wouldn't stay here for city break.
