Spent the last weekend at Diphlu and was absolutely blown over by the service offered. The Kaziranga N P is closed but the lodge remains open through the year. A small place in terms of occupancy with only 12 doubles the lodge is impeccably managed and very well maintained. The food is good and varied. The 4 river facing rooms... More

The Diphlu resort is about 15 to 20 km from the kaziranga national park. It is a beautiful property with cottages ringing a central pond / field With a wooden bridge running through. The management is one of the finest and they go all out to interact and help the guests. The food was ok with nothing spectacular. The accommodation... More

We arrived tor a 3 night stay (throughout Guwahati), it took us 4 hours to get to Diphlu RL. We got a nice welcome by the manager Ronesh, fantastic guy with great humour. We had opted for the river view cottage, which we found out was finally the best choice, it gives you at least a view and a real... More

We stayed at Diphlu for 5 nights. The drive from Guwahati was long but not bad. If you haven't travelled in India the cultural experience might be a bit overwhelming, but I thought it was all fascinating. The lodge sits on a lovely little river with the center of the grounds all rice paddies. I wasn't expecting to see rice... More

Right from the time we are received in Guwahati, the service is top notch. The staff is extremely courteous and willing to help you with a smile in everything u need. I am overwhelmed by the passion they put in organising safaris and planning it out - one of the best in India. Cottage accommodation was spacious, clean and extremely... More

Excellent location for Kaziranga The cottages are well spaced out and inside the accommodation is very spacious. Comfortable beds and facilities. The shower room needs a bit of attention as there was always water seepage from the shower to the main bathroom area. Staff are very friendly and in the restaurant the food selection was good.

After spending 3 nights there, we felt at home. The manager and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we were able to sit and chat with several of them. The boxed breakfasts were wonderful, and they were kind enough to make us a box lunch when we left. Our room was large and beautifully done, and very comfortable. By... More

A very nice lodge, very closed to the western gate of the national park This place is so pleasant, organized around a paddy field visited by open bill stork every morning! Stilt bungalows are comfortable and spacious, cooking is delicious. A special mention to all the staff, so kind and efficient! Game drives and elephant rides in the misty morning... More

Can be mentioned one of the best Safari lodge in India. Located next to Diphlu river has beautiful cottages on stilts. Some are big room and some are small. But very nicely done. Food is always excellent. Bar and sit out is beautiful. If you are lucky you can see Rhinos from the lodge at late evenings and early mornings.... More
