The building is a combined hotel and health club. So the workout facilities are quite good. Moreover, next to the hotel there's a stadium with track and field facilities, plus basketball, and soccer like you'd find at an American university with an ambitious sports program (paid for by the European Community, wouldn't you know it, and with free entry).
There's a restaurant, and the food is pretty good.
The staff is very nice, and a few of them speak pretty good English.
Prices (as of 2013) were, by American or Western European standards, about what you'd expect in a Polish provincial city, namely: ridiculously low.
The only drawbask is that unlike some other hotels in Krosno, this one isn't so close to the center of town; it's about a mile to the Rynek. On the other hand, those hotels are more expensive (and they were also full on the days we needed). More
