Your hosts Eric and Ozlem may not be able claim bragging rights for the exquisite location of the Gallipoli Houses as a gateway to the Anzac sector battlefields, but they are entitled to claim the credit for just about everything else that makes your stay utterly memorable. Having been their guests for three nights, we are able to recommend this... More

Stayed at The Gallipoli Houses whilst visiting the battlefields and to commemorate the death of a great uncle killed fighting with the Cameronians exactly 100 years previously. As others have said Eric is a affable host, the rooms are spacious (particularly liked the "rain shower" and water pressure) and decent breakfast in the morning. We stayed when Eric''s wife was... Incredibly welcoming and friendly people at Gallipoli Houses is what makes the stay here so special. This place is about as close as you can get to the main northern Gallipoli Peninsula sites, so perfect for any Australian/ NZ travellers. We stayed in the Kocadere room which had a big balcony with incredible views - it was comfortable and clean... More

Myself and seven friends stayed at Gallipoli Houses for two nights last week as part of a Gallipoli Battlefield trip. As with my last trip in 2011, the stay was absolutely perfect. Eric was the consummate owner, both helpful, professional and extremely courteous. The rooms were all clean and exceptionally comfortable, the food at breakfast and dinner simply sublime, and... From time to time you arrive at a hotel or villa and you know immediately that you are going to be able to relax and enjoy yourself and Gallipoli Houses is one of those places. The Peninsula in May is green and full of flowers and so the last kilometre or so leading to Kocadere starts the relaxation process, the... More
