Very personal service with a host who knows her stuff. She always advises on the best spots to visit. Also the dinner was great. We had vieras followed by sargo. Rooms were clean and the view was fantastic. The good news is the road that leads to this house does not go anywhere else which means no traffic goes by.... More

This hidden gem was a perfect place to stay whilst travelling back from Finisterre. Off the beaten track so you will need own transport but it is really worth it! Comfortable clean rooms with everything you need. Upstairs sitting area has tremendous views across farmland down to a peaceful beach...probably one of the best beaches in Galicia. 3 course dinner... This is an excellent choice for those doing the St. James Way from Santiago to Finisterre. A gorgeous peacefull uncrowded beach nearby called Nemiña's is outstanding specially for those seaking waves, is located in one of the Rias Altas of Galicia. Sorrounded by small family farms, forest and true authentic galician wilderness. The place is runned by they owners who... More

We were traveling with our 2 years old daughter in Galicia last year in September (2013). We still remember this fantastic place, the owner and the FOOD!:) We spend 4 nights. The place: is on the top of the hill, the ocean is just down the hill with sandy beach and many surfers. The room and the house is new,... More

We were so warmly hosted, the food was very nice, we got seafood on demand of the other group and enjoyed it so much! Th eroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and nice. MariCarmen drove us back to the starting point of the last etappe of the Camino dos Faros, which was 1.5 km won for that... More

This rural hotel is near Nemina, a tiny village not far from Muxia, in a beautiful setting looking down a valley. The guest rooms are on the first and second floors around a guest sitting room with a picture window view down the valley. Our room on the front of the house had a small balcony and was well and... We arrived to Meniñas beach walking from Fisterra throught the amazing Caminho dos Faros. Hoster came to the beach with her car and drove to the hotel, which is lovely with confortable bed and fantastic shower. You enjoyed very much the dinner (do not miss the "navajas"). Good breakfast and wishing to come back soon. Remarkable place.

A beautiful renovated farmhouse guest house in an outstanding setting. Mari-Carmen has made this into an all-round treasure, from the tastefully furnished rooms with great showers and comfortable beds, to the excellent food which is all home-prepared. Because there is no restaurant closer than Muxia, Fontequieroso offers a three-course evening meal, which though a set menu was excellent and different... More

After walking on the Camino de Santiago, we were looking for a place to relax. This was just the spot! Maria was extremely welcoming. The room was well decorated, clean, and comfortable with a great shower in the bathroom. It is also set in a lovely rural area, which was good to explore. On top of all that, Maria offers... More

The best place in "costa da morte" to stay peacefully and enjoy superb home-made food. The house is a little difficult to find but that is the tax you have to pay for feeling out of the bad things of the world. I strongly recommed to have dinner in the house (book in advance) and once satisfied go for a... More
