We fell in love with this little place in Sirince from the moment we laid eyes on it! Set on the hilltop along winding cobbled streets, overlooking the scenic mountains, with a tiny, quaint village just a stroll away below, everything about this place feels timeless and dreamy. What a perfect setting for couples. Our Lavanta room was cosy and... More

This is a lovely hotel, with beautiful rooms and, from our two suites (we are a family of four), great views over the town and beyond. The only quibbles we had were lack of drinking water in the rooms (almost standard in Turkey) and a reasonably noisy (and late) dinner below one of the rooms (which was only a nuisance... More

This place lives upto its name of being a boutique hotel ! Sirince as a place is full of ups and downs and Markiz is probably the topmost point of this quaint little hillstation. I fell in love with the place, the people and the food... It cannot get more romantic than this...Not a single room is similar to the... More

This B&B was fantastic. We were concerned about finding it amongst Sirince's narrow, winding streets, but there were signs everywhere and the hotel staff parked our car for us overnight. We stayed in the Yasmin suite - absolutely adorable, fireplace, great clean bathroom, four poster bed, great views of the town, our own bathrobes and slippers etc. Hakan was our... More

We went in October at the end of the season and found it very clean beautiful rooms but felt that little things like tea making facilities should be in the rooms especially as the restaurant and bar were closed in the evening and we didn't have a glass in the room to even have a cold drink. After searching and finding... I'd love to give this charming hotel a top rating. It's beautifully perched at the too of a hill above a tiny village that was one of those depopulated by the population "exchange" in 1923. The room was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the garden in which meals were served was delightful. However, despite our reservations, the hotelier wasn't... More

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Sirince is the most beautiful little village, we couldn't resist stopping and staying a night after visiting Ephesus and before continuing on our road-tip down the southwest coast. The Markiz has the best view in town, though we did wander the village below. A photographers dream just as... More

Stayed two nights in the Yasemin Suite. Beautiful room with views over the village. Spacious. Lovely bathroom. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with lots of sitting areas to take in the peace and quiet and views over the village. Only a few minutes walk from the main village area and local restaurants. Had one dinner at the hotel,... More

We stayed here for one night after a day touring Ephesus and surrounding sites. We came into Sirince after all the tourist were leaving, and found ourselves in an unexpectedly serene, quaint, and lovely village (although I think during the daytime it is a bit chaotic). By far, Markiz Konaklar is the place to stay. Perched above the town in... More

Hotel at the top of the village, so you can walk in a circle to the main square, very pictureous. Rooms are small but have good bathrooms. Food was good ( eggs fresh from the hens), staff very friendly. Location was unique instead of in a bigger town.
