Got off to a good start, as Jennifer was very polite and spoke great English, not that this should be a pre-requisite for visitors to Austria. It's at this point things went downhill. We were told that the bar was closed and there would be no restaurant facilities till breakfast. Hotel reception shutters came down after we'd checked in and... More

We had a recent break in Stubai valley. we stayed in this hotel. I was trepidacious, having read the reviews on here AFTER booking! However, it was much better than anticipated. We arrived and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who spoke impeccable English - Jennifer, I think! In fact, despite the criticisms elsewhere, there were NO problems... More

Booked a weekend stay in this hotel for skiing trip with group of friends. I must admit I only read reviews at the booking website where this hotel achieved "fabulous" rating and that, in the Tirol region, where the hotel culture is among the best in the world made me think that we are going to get some above average... The rooms are good but the food is NOT! There is not enough staff so you cannot always find someone to ask, there is a lack of reliable information about local transport, places to go, things to do etc etc. The ladies toilet near the sauna wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there. The room had a balcony... More

The worst things about this hotel were: unclean rooms, unkind service, terible food, but the worst thing is that the german guests were treated better and for example got fresh pastry each morning. Moreover polish guests were treated as secound-class citizens. I really wouldn't recomend it, especialy to people from Poland.

The personel does not speak english. The food is bad and you don't have any influence or alternative since this is an "all inclusive". Lunch is a really small packet of white bred with cheese. Nothing to drink comes with the so called lunch. The wine you get for free (all inclusive) is terrible. Almost undrinkable. The man that mainly... More

We stayed at the Wiesenhof as part of a cross country skiing package. The Hotel has great facilities a great location for cross country skiing (5 minute walk to the ski areas) and excellent service. It is and feels like a family run hotel but in the best modern tradition of service. A vey relaxing week.
